Free shipping is available on qualified items anywhere in the continental USA via UPS Ground. The following conditions apply:

  • Free shipping is available only on orders over $50 placed via the Internet.
  • Free shipping is available only on orders placed via the Internet.
  • Free shipping is available only to the lower 48 States.
  • Orders will be sent via UPS Ground.
  • Free shipping is available on eligible products only. Oversize items are not eligible.
  • Our everyday low shipping charges will be applied to any non-eligible products at the time of checkout.

Same Day Shipping

Kyle Music has always tried to maintain same day shipping. Orders placed after 1 p.m. EST may not ship the same day.

Before final checkout the shopping cart will show you what the shipping costs will be, based on your zip code and the shipping weight of the item purchased.

Most orders ship the same day. Orders shipped to North American destinations can expect to receive their shipment within approximately 2 to 5 business days via UPS Ground. KyleMusic.com is not responsible for delays in shipping after your order has been shipped. Contact UPS at 1 (800) 742-5877 with your tracking number if there is a delay.

KyleMusic.com offers other shipping methods upon request. NOTE: NOT ALL ITEMS ARE IN STOCK. If you want express shipping contact us first to check availability of the item before selecting anything other than UPS Ground.

Immediately after you place your order we will send you an email confirmation that we have received your order. If you wish to receive a tracking number for your order please contact us. Tracking numbers are generally available 24-48 hours after the order is shipped.
